Settle in at the Distiller’s Lounge for a drink before your tour or a visit upstairs to the Lockwood Saloon. This intimate bar offers a relaxed first taste of Maverick, just steps from the working distillery.

The Lounge

Whiskey, where it was aged

The Lockwood vault runs beneath the distillery. Barrels have matured down here long enough that every bottle carries an L or an F to mark which environment it came from — the vault, or the Fowler rickhouse out on the Maverick ranch. The Distillers Lounge is the room that grew out of it. Smaller than the saloon upstairs, warmer, and better suited to a guided tasting or a group that came to talk. Bottles are available to take to the table, not just pours.
